Distressed Commercial Real Estate Sales at 22% – Up from 1% in 2007

The Commercial Repeat-Sale Indices (CCRSI) report from CoStar dated November 3, 2010, indicates that distress continues to be a significant factor in their index results. Since 2007, the ratio of distressed sales to overall sales has increased from approximately 1% of overall sales to approximately 22%– as of October 2010.
